Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for employees and monthly payments for independent contractors
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams for accurate data processing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Paylocity, or similar)
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or a related field is required
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is preferred
