Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist, Remote - Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, compute, and input payroll data into the ADP payroll system accurately and timely
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll information
• Assist in monthly reconciliation and yearly audit of payroll-related accounts

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll or accounting experience required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• General knowledge of payroll and accounting principles
• Good PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
