Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll and assist with employee setup and pay rate updates
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax setup and maintain tax accounts
• Review and resolve payroll tax notices and support quarterly and annual tax activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll tax or related accounting work
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll tax requirements
• Experience with third-party payroll providers
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Flexible part-time schedule availability
