Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide end-to-end payroll processing support for Managed Payroll customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as named Specialist for Managed Payroll and support other payroll customers as needed
• Manage daily case responses to meet service level agreements and client satisfaction
• Configure Workday pay components and support year-end processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of end-to-end payroll experience
• 3+ years of customer experience or equivalent skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
