Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing activities in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in assigned locations
• Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and compliance with statutory payments and filings
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries and support the People & Culture team as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing for regions such as the UK, Singapore, Philippines, or Germany
• Experience with payroll services like Deel and Hi-Bob is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
