A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, tax forms, and payments for assigned clients
• Perform quality control and audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with tax agency requirements
• Provide payroll support services and manage client-related tasks within the case management system

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume payroll operation
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, workforce management, and taxation
• Experience in the payroll outsourcing or consulting industry
• Associates Degree preferred
• Understanding of applicable legislative requirements related to payroll and benefits
