Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review one-time employee pay data changes for biweekly payroll processing
• Monitor and process payroll system changes, including Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service events
• Run post payroll reports and reconciliations between Workday and ADP

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years payroll experience
• Experience with Workday is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
• Ability to work under normal office conditions and from home as required
• Organized and methodical approach to tasks
