Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes for employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for over 250 employees and contractors
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
  • Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage payroll-related inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with Quickbooks preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in payroll compliance and handling wage garnishments
  • Familiarity with data entry in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
