A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for processing payroll for multiple legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple legal entities
• Facilitate quarterly and yearly tax matters, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws
• Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and collaborate with other departments

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing for a multi-state organization
• In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, tax laws, and procedures
• Familiarity with payroll software systems, preferably UKG
• Professional maturity and ability to maintain confidentiality
