Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, and garnishments
• Manage client-related tasks within the case management system, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
• Provide payroll support services and resolve client payroll matters and employee inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll knowledge
• Understanding of SLAs and payroll deliverables
• Experience in an outsource environment is an asset
• Basic understanding of payroll, benefits, taxation, and legislative requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
