Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for a workforce of over 500 employees across multiple states using Workday Payroll
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements
• Support the implementation and optimization of Workday Payroll systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Proven experience in processing multistate payroll for a workforce of 500+ employees
• Proficiency in Workday Payroll systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements
