Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for processing payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, including audits and corrections
• Perform payroll accounting and reporting tasks, including journal entries
• Support business units with payroll-related inquiries and maintain data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience with UKG Pro
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-state payroll processing and compliance
• Current knowledge of compensation and payroll laws and regulations
• Certified Payroll Professional preferred
