Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Resource/Specialist to provide support and guidance in payroll functions for affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and effective communication to field operations HR and Payroll Representatives
• Oversee payroll functions for assigned affiliated companies across multiple states
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in payroll support or processing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a payroll environment
• Workday Payroll and Time Tracking experience is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
