Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for multiple clients in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and run payroll in Gusto for multiple clients
• Own the full payroll life cycle, including compliance, calculations, and adjustments
• Prepare and file payroll tax returns and resolve state and federal payroll tax notices

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Experience running payroll for multiple clients or 1000+ employees
• Hands-on experience with payroll tax filings and payments
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and compliance requirements
• Experience with cloud-based payroll systems; Gusto experience is a plus
