Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for generating and processing payroll and performing related functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares, processes, and generates payroll
• Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and validates complex calculations
• Compiles documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll
• FPC or CPP certification preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience with payroll software preferred
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas
