Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support global payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles for domestic and international employees using Workday and Papaya Global
• Coordinate international payroll operations and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
• Perform payroll audits, manage payroll data, and generate reports for finance and accounting

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably with Papaya Global or similar systems
• 1+ years of experience in Workday Payroll is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Ability to navigate different payroll systems in a fast-paced environment
