Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for assigned U.S. and Canadian employee populations
• Maintain payroll data accuracy, including new hires, terminations, and off-cycle payrolls
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment
• 2+ years of experience using payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, or CloudPay
• 2+ years of experience supporting payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• FPC or CPP certification is preferred
• Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian payrolls
