Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit payroll data before and after bi-weekly payroll processing
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and support PTO tracking

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Lawson payroll system
• 1+ year of payroll or HR experience (2-5 years preferred)
• Strong customer service mindset
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Associate's degree or some college coursework preferred
