Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations and ensure compliance within the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and timely distribution of wages
• Administer payroll functions in UKG UltiPro, including data entry and report requests
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and journal entries, ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
• Solid foundation in general mathematics and basic accounting principles
• Experience using UKG UltiPro payroll system
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
