Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support a part-time contract assignment based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 73 employees, ensuring accuracy in earnings, deductions, and adjustments
• Administer payroll for a mixed workforce of salaried and hourly employees while maintaining compliance with pay rules
• Use ADP Workforce Now to validate payroll data and finalize submissions within required deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle payroll from input through final submission
• Background in processing multi-state payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements
• Hands-on proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices for both hourly and salaried employees
• Prior payroll experience in a structured, deadline-driven environment
