Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to enhance and stabilize U.S. payroll operations during a transformation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Administer payroll activities across multiple states while ensuring compliance with wage and tax regulations
• Analyze payroll data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) within the last 2 years
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance and payroll laws
• Experience with payroll systems such as UKG, SAP, and SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing processes and priorities
