Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support a high-volume payroll operation and ensure tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly, multi-state payrolls for 500+ employees using ADP WFN
• Respond to payroll-related tickets and manage tasks in ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Manage and reconcile tax accounts, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience, particularly with ADP WFN
• Experience with multi-state payroll and managing large headcounts (500+ employees)
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes and SmartCompliance
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
