Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Payroll Specialist is a full-time position responsible for processing payroll for new clients using the iSolved payroll platform, ensuring accurate and timely payroll submissions, and providing ongoing training and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in processing payroll and onboarding new clients
• Maintain a base of approximately 175-200 payroll clients and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and assist in training other payroll team members

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle payroll processing experience in a complex environment
• Prior experience as a Payroll Client Services Specialist preferred
• Basic knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws
• Experience with at least two payroll/HCM systems; iSolved experience is a plus
