Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support complex payroll operations, the full-time Payroll Specialist will manage day-to-day payroll functions, including processing payroll for large employee groups and ensuring compliance with tax guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll efficiently and accurately for assigned employee groups
• Calculate and submit payroll adjustments, including miscellaneous pay components
• Support payroll audits and resolve routine and complex payroll anomalies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3+ years of corporate payroll processing experience
• Experience with UKGPro and processing payroll for 5000+ employees
• Hands-on knowledge of complex payroll processing, including union and expatriate payroll
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance as needed
