Job Summary

Working in a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, the full-time Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll for over 1000 employees, manage data completeness in timekeeping and payroll systems, and facilitate compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and record payroll accurately while meeting critical deadlines
  • Compile and balance additional earnings submissions and validate results in the payroll system
  • Research and resolve payroll inquiries from HR and management, providing tier 1 support for timekeeping issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college-level coursework in finance, HR, or analytics, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of payroll and/or HR experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with large company payroll and timekeeping systems
