Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Payroll Specialist will assist with processing full payroll cycles for over 15,000 employees bi-weekly, including handling terminations, wage calculations, and leave of absence tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Process full payroll cycles, including terminations and final pay calculations
• Audit wage calculations and HRIS data for accuracy, making necessary adjustments
• Provide support for payroll-related inquiries and enforce compliance with pay policies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll-related responsibilities
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, demonstrated during an interview assessment
• Understanding of payroll processing within a shared services environment
• College education preferred; CPP/FPC certification is a plus
• Experience with SAP/Globalview is a nice to have
