Job Summary
Supporting the payroll processing of new clients, the full-time Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions using the iSolved platform while providing excellent customer service and training to clients in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in processing payrolls and onboarding while maintaining an assigned base of approximately 175-200 clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client issues and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
- Conduct ongoing training for clients on payroll products and maintain accurate payroll data entry and reporting
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of full-cycle payroll processing experience; Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Prior experience as a Payroll Client Services Specialist and familiarity with payroll tax laws at federal and state levels
- Experience with at least two payroll/HCM systems, with iSolved experience being a plus
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, and familiarity with payroll processing software
