Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day administration of HR operations, the part-time contract Payroll Specialist will manage employee lifecycle transactions, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with payroll and compliance activities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, job changes, and separations
- Maintain accurate employee data and records within Workday and HR systems
- Support payroll operations through data validation and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of HR processes, employee records management, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
