Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of affiliated companies, the full-time Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll functions, provide guidance and communication to HR and Payroll Representatives, and ensure compliance with payroll policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Represent the payroll service center by providing support and effective communication to field operations HR and Payroll Representatives
• Oversee payroll functions for a portfolio of assigned affiliated companies across multiple states in skilled nursing and assisted living markets
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in operations, HR, Benefits, and IT/Systems to ensure smooth payroll processes

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in supporting payroll and/or payroll processing
• Workday Payroll and Time Tracking experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet constant timelines and deadlines
