Job Summary
To ensure accurate and timely global payroll delivery, the full-time Payroll Specialist will manage full-cycle payroll processing across multiple countries, handle complex payroll legislation, and collaborate with HR and Finance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle, multi-country payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable legislation
- Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve complex payroll issues
- Monitor payroll legislation changes and implement required updates to maintain compliance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma from a college or training institute
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of global payroll legislation and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
