Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Working mostly remotely, the full-time Senior Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate payroll processing, establish strong client relationships, and manage new client implementation projects while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and process payrolls timely to meet deadlines
• Establish trusted client relationships and provide technical software support while maintaining confidentiality of employee data
• Manage new client implementation projects and train clients on payroll processes as necessary

Required qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation
• Bachelor's degree required
• CPP certification preferred
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
