Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage bi-weekly payroll processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and support payroll operations in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll using Workday Payroll
- Maintain payroll records and manage payroll-related deductions through ADP SmartCompliance
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and assist with payroll accounting and year-end activities
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) highly preferred
- Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance
