Job Summary

Building trusted client relationships, the full-time Client Service Payroll Specialist will manage payroll execution for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while working remotely within Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely payroll services by taking full ownership of payroll execution for assigned clients
• Establish trusted client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and maintaining high client satisfaction
• Contribute to team and process improvement by identifying and recommending payroll process enhancements within the first 90 days

Required qualifications

• Deep experience with full-cycle payroll processing in a multi-state/multi-client environment
• Proven ability to build rapport and deliver a positive client service experience
• Comfort navigating payroll systems (UKG Ready) and digital communication tools
• Availability to work Pacific Time hours, regardless of location
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and compliance in payroll processing
