Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare company, the remote Payroll Specialist will process full-cycle payroll bi-weekly, address payroll inquiries, and manage employee expense reimbursements while driving improvements in payroll systems and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for assigned entities on a bi-weekly basis
• Research and resolve payroll-related questions and provide outstanding customer service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll tax inquiries and audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of progressive payroll processing experience
• Experience with multi-state payroll and compliance
• Solid working knowledge of UKG, with implementation experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
