Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the remote Payroll Specialist will manage full-cycle payroll processing for an expanding workforce, provide customer service for payroll inquiries, and assist with payroll system implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for assigned entities on a bi-weekly basis
• Research and resolve payroll-related questions and issues while providing outstanding customer service
• Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll tax inquiries and audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of progressive payroll processing experience
• Experience with multi-state payroll and familiarity with registration set-up and compliance
• Solid working knowledge of UKG, with implementation experience being a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
