Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the named Specialist for Managed Payroll and support other payroll customers as needed
• Manage daily case responses to meet service level agreements and ensure client satisfaction
• Lead client calls and participate in new client transitions and service area discussions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of payroll experience with end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of customer experience or equivalent skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
