Job Summary
Managing multi-state payroll for medium to large clients, the full-time Payroll Specialist II will process payroll accurately, audit records for compliance, and provide exceptional customer service while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and audit multi-state payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Provide timely and effective customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain payroll recordkeeping, including special payroll runs and employee data management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years in payroll processing
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and practices
- Experience with Prism HR platform preferred

- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
