Payroll Specialist II (CPP)

Job Summary

To support Tier 2 payroll operations, the full-time remote Payroll Specialist II (CPP) will manage complex payroll inquiries, analyze data to resolve issues, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex payroll inquiries requiring advanced investigation and resolution
• Analyze payroll data to identify root causes of issues and coordinate corrective actions across HR, Finance, and IT systems
• Manage the complete payroll case lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and case management
• At least 1 year of experience handling Tier 2 or advanced payroll issues
• Strong knowledge of payroll principles, processes, and best practices
• Experience with payroll systems, specifically SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query
