• Manage the complete payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, and garnishments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Conduct quality control and auditing to maintain low error rates and high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll issues and provide support services

Required Qualifications

• Multi-client payroll processing experience
• Strong legislative knowledge, particularly in Canadian payroll
• Experience with payroll technology systems, preferably cloud-based
• Ability to manage documentation and adhere to SLA metrics
