Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support payroll functions and ensure compliance with tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute weekly/monthly payroll function for internal employees, including audits, reporting, and new entity projects
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal Finance Team for payroll processing
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates and maintain payroll records

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant payroll experience
  • Good knowledge of EU/Americas payroll legislation and Year End formalities
  • Experience in processing complex payrolls with multiple sources and vendors
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in other software
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
