Payroll Specialist, LATAM

Job Summary

Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll activities across multiple Latin American countries, the full-time Payroll Specialist, LATAM will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and partner with third-party vendors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payroll operations for assigned LATAM countries in collaboration with providers
• Maintain knowledge of LATAM payroll legislation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Act as the primary contact for payroll vendors and resolve discrepancies in deliverables

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
• 5+ years of payroll experience with demonstrated LATAM regional payroll responsibility
• Hands-on experience with multi-country LATAM payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of LATAM payroll legislation and labor practices
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
