Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Malaysia and manage relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, and Engineering
• Process full end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory filing requirements and data integrity
• Mentor payroll specialists and implement process improvements while focusing on KPIs and SLAs

Required Qualifications

• In-house payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
• Fluent in English
