Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Lead in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, and Engineering
- Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings, approvals, payments, and compliance
- Ensure data integrity and quality while mentoring payroll specialists and supporting regional managers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in payroll management or equivalent
- Knowledge of payroll best practices
- Proficiency in software tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
- Fluency in English
