Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, and Engineering
• Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings, approvals, and compliance
• Ensure data integrity and quality while mentoring payroll specialists and supporting regional managers

Required Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management or equivalent
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficiency in software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
• Fluency in English
