Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Payroll Specialist to join their HCM Managed Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile payroll accurately and timely, including audits and special projects
  • Assist in reconciling payroll inputs and outputs while ensuring compliance with client requirements
  • Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing areas of dissatisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in multi-state payroll processing with knowledge of payroll tax and accounting principles
  • Experience working with UKG
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with automated multi-corporation payroll systems
