Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist IV.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain payroll activities including new hires, terminations, leave administration, and reporting
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and government agencies for compliance and issue resolution
  • Ensure services meet contractual obligations and quality targets while optimizing service experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
  • Previous customer service experience in a deadline-driven setting
  • PCP Certification (or to be obtained within 18 months of employment)
  • Proven knowledge of software usage, ideally Word and Excel
  • Associates Degree is preferred
