Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist IV.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain payroll activities including new hires, terminations, leave administration, and reporting
- Liaise with third-party vendors and government agencies for compliance and issue resolution
- Ensure services meet contractual obligations and quality targets while optimizing service experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- Previous customer service experience in a deadline-driven setting
- PCP Certification (or to be obtained within 18 months of employment)
- Proven knowledge of software usage, ideally Word and Excel
- Associates Degree is preferred
