A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success - Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Payroll Success Managers to enhance customer experience and achieve growth and retention goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on opportunities and drive customer success throughout the post-live journey
- Oversee productivity, customer satisfaction, and performance management while acting as a point of escalation for customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in the SaaS industry
- 2+ years managing high-performing teams in the payroll or technology industry
- Expert knowledge of Payroll Processes and industry standards
- Experience managing programs or large process improvement projects
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
