Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Payroll Success Managers to enhance customer experience and achieve growth and retention goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on opportunities and drive customer success throughout the post-live journey
  • Oversee productivity, customer satisfaction, and performance management while acting as a point of escalation for customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in the SaaS industry
  • 2+ years managing high-performing teams in the payroll or technology industry
  • Expert knowledge of Payroll Processes and industry standards
  • Experience managing programs or large process improvement projects
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
