Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including wages, deductions, and taxes
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Supervise daily operations of the payroll team and lead year-end payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multi-state environment
• Prior experience supervising or leading a payroll team preferred
• Proficiency with payroll systems (UKG preferred)
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, wage and hour compliance, and tax reporting
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
