Payroll Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing and executing the end-to-end payroll operation, the full-time remote Payroll Supervisor will manage payroll processing, ensure compliance, and supervise the Payroll Specialist while serving as the primary payroll subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Payroll Administration staff, ensuring coverage and accountability
• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including data validation, audits, and issue resolution
• Manage payroll workflows, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience processing end-to-end payroll in UKG Pro and UKG Ready
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to supervise and develop staff in a collaborative environment
• Experience with payroll system implementations and process optimization
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
