Job Summary

Leading a team of payroll professionals, the full-time Supervisor of Payroll will oversee payroll functions to ensure accurate and compliant processing and reporting, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll staff, setting performance expectations and ensuring effective workload distribution
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll tax filings and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with finance teams to support accurate financial reporting and audit readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Five years of payroll experience, with two years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations
• Experience with payroll and financial systems
• Strong analytical skills for reconciling complex data sets
